FIRST INCOME STREAM

✔ At WT, we provide our teachers with three main income streams:

​

1) Get a FREE online profile, sponsored and promoted by WT, where you can upload and update your professional information in order for website members and visitors to get to know you better and then book one-to-one / group sessions in your free time.

SECOND INCOME STREAM

Teach one or several students.

Get fixed working hours with our online groups!

2) Get access to online groups and/or students that you can teach regularly at fixed schedules as per your availability and time zone (we work at GMT-05:00 Mexico City). You can get as many hours as you would in a part / full-time job based on our students' demand, and on your skills.

THIRD INCOME STREAM

Generate passive income through your work.

Make money with your own creations!

3) Get paid for exposure and creativity. Everything you generate throughout your classes, from your standard class recordings to pop quizzes, writing tests, and reference cards with vocabulary / grammar, makes money for you.

FINAL STEP

Down to business!

It's time for YOU to show US what you got.

✔ Please send a short video (no longer than 5 mins) where you show yourself teaching a certain topic for a language class. It could be anything from a short vocabulary session to a quick grammar lesson.

The idea behind this step is to see your abilities in action. We will take the following into consideration:

​

- Language teaching knowledge. How well you approach your students and the class topic according to basic linguistics for second/foreign language teaching.

​

- Online teaching skills. How well you use and combine multimedia resources while you're teaching.

​

- Technical settings. How well we can hear your voice and see your images while you're teaching.

​
